Recently, the Anchorage terminal option has been reconsidered. Usibelli, as part of the Blue Sky team, is investigating the feasibility of off-loading rail cars at the Port of Anchorage and barging coal to the Agrium site. This work is in the preliminary stages, and for confidentiality reasons, details are not available at this time. To consider this option, therefore, several assumptions weremade:
1) The rail cost of coal delivered to Anchorage will be $5/tonne (5/9 of the cost to deliver to Seward).
2)The barge loading rate and cost will be the same as for the Seward terminal.
3)The capital cost for the terminal will be absorbed in the loading cost.

近日,安克雷奇港作为装煤码头的事被重新考虑。 Usibelli,作为蓝天队的一部分,正在调查铁路运煤到安克雷奇港卸载装船,再驳船运到Agrium的可行性问题。这项工作在初步阶段,出于保密原因,现在无法知道细节。基于以下原因考虑这种选择:
1)运送到安克雷奇港的铁路运输成本是每吨5美元(是运到西沃德装载站价格的5/9)。
2)驳船装载率和成本将与西沃德装在站相同。
3)对装载站的建设成本将被算进装载成本里。
