1) Research highlights  provided should be submitted as a separate file and should be composed of 3 to 5 bullet points summarizing core results of the paper. Each bullet points provided in the Research highlights should not be more than 85 characters including spaces.

研究亮点或创新点（highlights）应该写在一个的word里，单独上传。highlights只要3-5句话，每句话包括空格在内不能超过85个字节。再就是文章的英语水平要提高，好好改改文章里的语言！在后面的是 Elsevier 提供的语言修饰服务公司，让他们修改要收钱的，价格很高啊，呵呵，算是推销或广告吧

他就只有一个comments，就是highlights的吧。后面的那几段感觉像是广告，宣传一下。

你这是格式审查未通过，你需要撰写3 to 5 bullet points，每一条不超过85个字符，Research highlights  你需要检查是否符合要求；另外，语言需要修改。
完成后可以重新提交，有可能下一步进入Under Review，但是如果修改达不到要求，可能还得继续修改。这下你明白了吧！
