I want to say something as I study your message. I think it is very nice and perseverance for one to insist on writting diary everyday. Just try it and insist on. Anything is possible unless you do it. Sometimes it is very difficult to  Write a academic paper in english. especially the sufficiency date you can provide, which side you should interposition, and we also need to refine the english and so on. I just want to tell that everyone will undergo the similar procedure. Just trying. On the begaining you will read literature as much as possible. Learn how the experiment design, what result they make......Do not feel yourself inferiority to others. What you should do is to make every effort to what you do. so, be more moscuine, motivate, sunny...... You will be more confident base on every success you earn.
