Although far way,you should stick to,Maybe the next time ,the success will belong to you.

Yes ,I agree with you.
Before people believe that you will have a great success if you can go to colledge.But now so many colledge graduates can not find jobs. They can not find "a gold rice bowl" .So many people can accept to not take the exam.Every road leads to Rome. So why have to use this road.

maybe,i am misunderstood by you.i want say is that what i am doing now is not my dream.what i do now,it's not for me but for my parents.
i won't give up my present research ,because i have spent too much time on it.
although it's not my dream, i believe i can do it well and it becomes a habbit
maybe, decades years later,i will make my dream  come true

I had the same feeling with you when i in the lab. Did lots of expeiriment without interesting. we could not quit it, cause we were already on this way.So we must do the experiment, cause we need to graduate! But we should also do sth that might help our dream. first we should know what is our dream, second what we should can help we catch our dream. third do it! Parents always hope us could have a easy suitable life with not much more money. but is it your dream? if not,try to change it! cause life is our life not others.
