We introduce the structure and the new preparation method of composite oxide pyrochlore.
本文着重介绍以目前研究较多的水热法制备烧绿石纳米氧化物中典型的钛酸钇(Y2Ti2O7);改变水热反应环境不同的pH,用饵(Er)和镱(Yb)对Y进行元素的混合取代,利用简单的热水法,即可制的Er3+/Yb3+共掺(Y0.985-xEr0.015Ybx)2Ti2O7 (x=2.5%、5.0%、7.5%、10.0%、12.5%)复合氧化物纳米颗粒,探索了环境的pH值及结构变化对光催化性能的影响。
This article focuses on the hydrothermal preparation method of Y2Ti2O7 that was typical composite oxide pyrochlore: under diffrent pH of hydrothermal reactions, Er and Yb mixed-replaced Y to afford Er/Yb(Y0.985-xEr0.015Ybx)2TiO7(x=2.5%、5.0%、7.5%、10.0%、12.5%)as composite oxide nanoparticles and searched the effects to reaction under different pH and structures.
用TEM,XRD,IR,Raman等技术对其进行了表征。结果表明,与传统的固相反应法相比较,水热法制备的Y2Ti2O7在反应环境pH=12.5时效果最好,其纯度高、形貌规则、颗粒较小、粒度分布窄。
With the traditional solid phase reaction as compared,TEM、XRD、IR and Raman showed that the yield product was high purity, morphology rules, smaller particle and small range of particle size distribution under pH=12.5 |
