30 C is not the hotest , the last year i am in beijing it is above 40 C. now i am back to tsingtao and it is still spring here ,very comfortable

Yes, you're right. As one friend here (lppv)said  "Anything is not itself, it is what you think it is. You think it is heavy, then it is heavy; you think it is light; then it is light." It is only your judge, your feeling. Actually, as long as you adjust a proper state in your mind, everything is ok.


But I still think we are cheating ourselves if we think so.
