G3large基组

| 想用G3方法,文献说其中有个large基组,大约为mp2/6-31+g(3d2f,2df,2p),但又有一些不同。具体的基组,文章中说列在一个网站里,http://chemistry.anl.gov/compmat/,但是这个网站又禁止我访问,不清楚是什么原因,有没有大侠帮忙告知一下G3large基组到底具体是什么 |

1、关于输入输出的格式中,字母D的问题:在浮点型数字的输入输出时,为了获得尽量多的有效数字,习惯上计算机采用科学计数法,也就是把数字分为两个部分,写成A*10^B这样的格式,其中A为1-10之间的浮点小数,B是10的指数部分,为整数,最初计算机编程的设计上将这二者之间用E隔开,表示后面的数字是指数部分(Exponent),有的语言用小写e,有的语言用大写的E,没有区别。后来由于科学计算对数字的精度要求超级严格,单精度浮点数计算产生的误差大于我们需要的标准,所以多数计算机编程语言支持双精度的浮点数计算,此时的输入输出改用D来隔离,表示双精度的意思(Double precision)。这个你知不知道都没关系,不影响你的计算。 2、关于每行的数字问题:Gaussian使用的基组多位GTO类型,为了能够更精确地表达STO,经常需要多个GTO来拟合一个STO,也就是比如: c1*exp(-b1*r^2) + c2*exp(-b2*r^2) + c3*exp(-b3*r^2)之类的。基组中给出的初始猜就是这个组合中的c1 c2 c3 b1 b2 b3之类的参数,其中c1 c2 c3我们习惯称为系数,b1 b2 b3称为指数。如果不用多个GTO组合,那么,仅仅给出b1 c1即可,也就是你经常看到的每行两个数字,如上例中,第一个H的基组: -H 0 S 3 1.00 0.3386500000D+02 0.2549380000D-01 就是说,这个STO其实就是 0.0254938*exp(-33.865 r^2) 为了计算上更加省事,在能够用尽量少的函数就能拟合出充分精度的结果时,我们可以让部分处于相同层的s轨道和p轨道用同样指数的GTO函数来组合而成STO——当然,要各自采用不同的系数,这个时候,轨道就写成SP,表示s和p轨道的基函数在指数级别上是简并的,只靠系数不同来区分各自的行为,这个时候再给出的初始猜就是只用给出一个指数,两个系数即可,也就是你看到的每行三个数字的时候,同样以上面的例子中,C的2s 2p轨道的基函数为例: SP 3 1.00 0.2096420000D+02 0.1146600000D+00 0.4024870000D-01 此意味着: C 2s (STO1)=0.11466 * exp(-20.9642 r^2) C 2p (STO1)=0.0402487 * exp(-20.9642 r^2) 可以看出,他们的指数部分相同,而系数不同。 注意,我只列了其中一个STO,而从SP后面的3可以看出,这是个劈裂基组,也就是要3个STO组合起来才代表2s或者2p的轨道波函数。前述的H的例子,也是个裂分的基组。 其实,这两个答案,如果你简单的计算,是不需要知道的。。。直接用就是了。不过,多学一点没有坏处,懂一些总比不懂要好些。。呵呵。。祝好。 |
