Here I want to share a good way to relieve our pressure, depression or anger.  It's the "physical exercise". , maybe many guys laugh at me,"We knonw it, it's not necessary to share with us".
.  Therefore, I only want to share you a story or my experience happened in my PH.D time.
There is a saying"Braveness is very necessary to make a decision to study as a Phd ". Even now, when I recall my past choice, I can't tell why, and maybe it's my destiny,.
   As a new PHD, it's a pity for me that I had no senior sisters/brothers to learn from, and my supervisor stayed abroad and let me alone to do the "so-called" research. Additionally, my  master specialty very differs from Phd one and I even don't konw what is PHD in essence, and how/what to do, ,  I didn't hear "Emuch community" at that time. I just had a relaxing lifestyle as before. When my supervisor came back, he criticized me in front of undergraduats/graduates.  I was ashamed for the whole month when my supervisor stayed in lab. No such a teacher did this on me as a excellent student.
Suddenly in one day, I could't bear the depression. And I turned off my phone and escape to the gym in a whole day. It's a crazy action. I forced myself to sweat and to forget the whole world. Meanwhile, I thought a lot concerning about what's my shortage, what's my available way/sources, how and what can I do.
The next morning,  I came to the lab as usual. I prefered learning from the Internet and books to complains. I don't want to say too much about my endeavor. But finally, I only took 3 years to graduate as a Phd, .
   It's my suggestion for young guys,"don't be afraid of difficulties, and face them bravely. Great challenges will bring your some unexpected lucky!" I am a good example.
