[交流] Euler 工程 第六题：平方和与和的平方差多少？ 已有3人参与

The sum of the squares of the first ten natural numbers is,
1^2 + 2^2 + ... + 10^2 = 385
The square of the sum of the first ten natural numbers is,

(1 + 2 + ... + 10)^2 = 55^2 = 3025
Hence the difference between the sum of the squares of the first ten natural numbers and the square of the sum is 3025-385 = 2640.

Find the difference between the sum of the squares of the first one hundred natural numbers and the square of the sum.

前10个自然数的平方和为：
1^2 + 2^2 + ... + 10^2 = 385
它们的和的平方为：
(1 + 2 + ... + 10)^2 = 55^2 = 3025
所以，前10个自然数的平方和与和的平方差3025-385=2640

那么，前100个自然数的平方和与和的平方差多少？



PS： 这个题目好像很无聊啊。

刚才去看了下工程的第一个题，这个解法叫人疼啊：

刚才突然想起来了，老外和我们的基础数学学的不一样，老外那边的数列似乎是大学内容，所以这样的数列对于他们来说是一种挑战，但是我们这边全部都已经背过公式了。这道题应该是考数列求和的通项公式:
m*(m+1)*((2*m + 1)/3 - 1)/2
