| 简述了枞酸的性能与用途,微波加热的特点和优点,及采用在微波的条件下从松香中提取枞酸的工艺方法,并讨论微波辐照功率、微波辐照时间及催化剂用量对枞酸提取的影响情况,并找出微波辐照条件下,提取枞酸的最优工艺方案。研究发现催化剂HCl的用量在1.2mL、微波功率在616W、微波辐照时间在40min时,在各自单因素反应中,得到的枞酸得率比较高。综合各个最优因素,做检验实验,得到枞酸得率为20.1%,熔点为170℃,比旋光度[ ]Dt为-103.8的枞酸产品。 |

| The paper described the performance and use of abietic acid, characteristics and advantages of microwave heating, and the process methods of extract abietic acid from rosin under the conditions used in the microwave. It discussed the microwave irradiation power, microwave irradiation time and catalyst amount which impact on the abietic acid extraction, and find out the optimal extraction process of abietic acid extraction under microwave irradiation conditions. The optimal extraction process was that the amount of HCl catalyst in 1.2mL, microwave power at 616W, microwave irradiation time in 40min. Synthesize the best elements, the abietic acid yield was 20.1%, melting point was 170 ℃,the specific rotation [] Dt of abietic acid products was -103.8. |
