I'm also very tired, physically and emotionally.

Maybe we need to make a balance between study, work and life.

We can do some exercise everyday,  arrange holidays occasionally, do some shopping with friends.  Just don't let study or work dominate our life.

good idea！do some exercise is necessary and it take efficiency on release from tire of emotionally。
you cultivate the habit of playing ball，you would feel the interest during you do that ，it is not only give your health body but also keep you happy emotion ，right ？
