at one time,I heared my classmat said,brush teeth is not good to  teeth health,from the perspection of the traditional Chinese medicine,  it is humful to the growth of bones ,I don't know if it's right or not.
  usually I am not care about which brand I used ,as long as it is cheap and useful,that is ok.
