I have a question that the sciences said our future human being just have a big brain and small limbs, why we spend so much time to worry about the weight, the trend can't change in my mind, just for our perfect body, in the animal world, the female is rare like human being, the male should use every method to attract female to reproduce its gene, in that way, it can make our female group noble.

The breakfast, I know it is important to me, but I can't get up earlier, I like sleep in bed just more than a quarter, that's me, maybe can't change anything, just find some reason to support my viewpoit.
