1. "Z417 / Z418 catalyst combination" uses alkaline mineral to form a stable structure. The alkali metal releases slowly in the using process. The requirement of carbon resistance is ensured, and the long-term life of catalyst is also guaranteed. The catalyst has no influence to the downstream (processes).
2. The reduction activation of catalyst is achieved under the designing conditions of the device, and the passivated catalyst can be completely reduced.
3. The catalyst is activated under an atmosphere of hydrogen. Fluctuation of conditions and the changes of raw material may cause carbon deposition and poisoning of catalyst, but the activity of catalyst can be regenerated again and again by using steam.
4. In a (pilot) petrochemical enterprise of Xi’an, the catalyst can still meet the using requirement during an operation cycle of 6 months with more than 50 times of start-up/stop-down processes.
5. The activity of the catalyst is stable, and it can be widely adapted to many raw materials and process conditions. |
