文章接收，是要求我必须提交原始数据么

今天收到接收函，但是有一个问题不太清楚，就是他是要求我必须提交原始数据，还是可以不提交，请有经验的虫友指点，下面是接收函： I am pleased to confirm that your paper "....." has been accepted for publication in ....... > >Comments from the Editor and Reviewers can be found below. > >On acceptance of an article, authors are encouraged to immediately submit thermochemical and -physical data in the article to the online ThermoML database of the Thermodynamics Research Center of NIST, at http://trc.nist.gov/ThermoML.html; please visit this page for more information. > >The electronic data file will be validated by NIST/TRC, and any problems with ambiguous or erroneous information in the file will be resolved with the author's assistance. If submitted timely, the data in the TCA article can be corrected before publication, where necessary, thus improving the quality of your published work.
