如题。

下面是MA的据稿信：
We regret to inform you that it has been decided that the article should not be published in its present form. We enclose a copy of the referees' comments for your information.

Please note, should you wish to fully rewrite your paper in line with the referees' comments, we would consider a resubmission. This would be treated as a new submission and might therefore be sent to the referees of the original version or to new referees. If you decide to resubmit, please indicate clearly what changes have been made to the article.

我认为是婉拒，不必要再投。
