I have a good way to be positive .   repetitive this sentence "我不用为这小事烦恼，我一定不会为这小事烦恼” speak loudly as you can. repetitive it 20 times. Then you will feel your deed is funny   and you really keep a good mood.
It is a very effective way. now try it.
