i like swimming too. normally i go swimming once a week. i like the feeling when i am in the water. yes. freedom!
but i can't understand why the cost are not same in your school, 15RMB for unergraduate, but 30RMB for master.

i am not able to swim, i have never tried.i have no chance and i am afraid of that.

May be you should have a try. Swimming is really a good sports, and it is easy to learn. One of my friends just see swimming teach videos and practise twice, then master it. Just amazing!
Have a try if you have chance.
