刚扩展了一篇会议论文，投到期刊了。在投稿的时候要明确的告诉编译，部分工作之前发表过，并且要列出你新加的内容

下面给出的是，投稿时cover letter中关于新旧论文间不同的信息，希望对楼主有用

The differences between the submitted paper and the conference version are listed as follows.

1. Section II.B (page 3-4): we have included a more comprehensive review of the related work.

2. Section IV.E (page 8-10): we have presented how to extend the proposed framework to support k-neighborhood anonymity.

3. Section V (page 10): we have proposed a new k-anonymization algorithm based on probability model.

4. Section VI (page 10-13), we have conducted the experimental study on larger datasets, and reported detailed test results on the new k-anonymization algorithm, as well as the time performance of the algorithms.

5. We have significantly improved the presentation/organization of the paper.
