掌握了实验室的基本操作。对产品从原料、中间品到成品的质量控制有了较深入的了解；
对ISO13485和ISO17025有了较深入的理解，并先后取得了ISO13485的内审员证书和ISO17025的内审员证书;
熟练操作分光光度计等仪器;
分析、解决问题能力有了很大的提高;
能独立解决实验中遇到的问题，对方法进行改进、优化;
先后建立了10多种酶的活性的检测方法;
对溯源有了较深的理解，成功复现了11种国际参考方法，并在国际室间质评中取得好成绩.

  Had the thorough understanding to ISO13485 and ISO17025, and has obtained the ISO13485 in examining certificate and the ISO17025 in examining certificate successively;
  Skilled operation on spectrophotometer and other instruments.
The ability on analysis, solving the problem has improved a lot ;
Can solve the problem which independently in the experiment meets, make the improvement, the optimization to the method;
Has established more than 10  kinds of enzyme active examination methods successively
Had the deep understanding to the tracing, the success has reappeared 11 international reference methods, and, in Office of Foreign Relations commented mesenchymal make the progress.
