Construction of system of socialism cultural industry with Chinese characteristics

From the macro management system , microstructure control mode of operation and etc, institutional issues on construction of system of socialism cultural industry with Chinese characteristics were discussed and corresponding policy suggestions, involving  institutional reform, internal transfer, intermediate construction, tier management and scale business were proposed also.

This article discussed policy suggestions in terms of the restructuring of organizations, internal transition, medium establishment, double-level management, and operation of scale, based on the aspects involving system of macro-control  and operating model of micro organization in order to build a social productive systems with Chinese Characteristics.
