The first time I ate the hotpot in chengdu, I was surprised by the  chinese pepper and the  chilli oil, and now I like eating the hotpot...I fond it is very delicious~~

You should pay more attention to the accountability of noun because you have made many mistakes in this regard.Whether an English noun is countable or not is sometimes a conundrum for many English learners and it usually can not be judged by  common sense or our mother tongue.When you are not sure about an noun ,the only way is to consult the Englsih dictionary。
