food chemistry 的审稿意见 已有6人参与

下面是food chemistry的审稿意见，大家参谋一下，改回去能发吗？ Reviewer #1: Manuscript by Cui et al contains interesting information and can be of interest to readers. Manuscript is prepared without care, contains plenty of errors, unacceptable terminology and poorly prepared graphics. Many graphs do not add anything to the paper. Generally, paper requires complete revision to make it understandable. Reviewer #2: The manuscript is interesting, although the english in some instances (p 3 l20, p4 l5)can be dramatically improved. The methods are not adequately described, the authors are referred to Food Chemistry 2009, 115, 227 - 232; 2006, 97, 1- 11 for examples of proper method description and presentation of Figures particularly Figures 5 and 6. Labelling of molecular weight of the purified protein (Figure 3 lane 3)would be helpful. Figure 4 needs improvement or should be completely removed. |
