【Discussion】What are we living for?

To be a valuable person is well known for everyone, but little could get it. Fact 1: 13 years ago, her husband died from emergency, leaving her and her 7 years old heavily ill son. They rented a small room, just 9m2, and the only two electric appliances were electric baker and a white lighter. During the toughest 3 years, she almost ate sweet potato for meals, and lighted wax lighter. Fact 2: It is this poor single mother that gets a honor as “blood-Donator mother”. For 13 years, she insisted on working for blood-giving station, and have donated blood 37 times, amounting to 16 thousand milliliters. A saying from her”I don’t know whose body where my blood is running, but I know it can save their life.” |

xuanxuankaoyan(金币+5, ESEPI+1):different person has his own attitude to life, that is maybe from different experience of their own, which makes the one here today. whereas there is a law inside the nature, which rules the way going on as it does. for human beings, we can not decide where we can be from, but we can fight for the life of our own. as you said, Destiny is sometimes cruel but real. that is absolutely right. and maybe because of this, afterwords we know what kind of life could be valuable. 2010-12-24 16:21:52

| This is life. Just like all kinds of creatures living on the earth. Someone lead a luxurious life, but quit a few people are still leading a miserable life. A video shown on Yunnan TV yesterday tell us a story about a group of poor lions, they can’t find any esculents for a long time. In order to support herself and her children’s and grandchildren’s life, she alone intrude into the territory blow to another group of lions for searching foods, at last, she back with an heavily injured body. Veterinary on the prairies in North Africa tried their best to save her life, but they can’t. The fittest survives the natural selection. Destiny is sometimes cruel but real. |
