Happiness is the most precious thing in life. Without it, a man feels that his ill fate has taken charge of him and his world is utterly dark and dreadful to him. On that account his body grows weak, his work slackens and above all things, he perhaps thinks he would rather be dead than living.

How to be happy,then? Now, this is very puzzle that we are going to solve.First, doing things right in according with the moral feeling of our own conscience, that is , do to others as we would others do to us. Then we are on the main road of life. Second, pay more attention to our health which is the root of success. A sound constitution enables us to succeed. Third, worry and sorrow are of no use at all. In case we meet with some hard situation, we must try to overcome it without any hesitation. At last, but not least, adopt an optimistic attitude toward life, for the world is still making and you can have a share in it.

Happy is too heavy for people. when people can't get what they want, they suffer; but, when they get exactly what they want, they still suffer 'cause they can't hold on to it forever... ...I think if you wanna happy you can really become, that is happy, and you must know it for sure.
