| 可能是当温度较低时，藻生长和代谢缓慢，所以生物量和油脂量都比较低，随着温度升高，藻体细胞生长代谢旺盛，细胞内与油脂合成相关的酶被激活，从而促进油脂的大量积累。而当温度高于18℃时，生物量和油脂含量随着温度的继续升高而减少。这是因为过高的温度会导致藻细胞提前进入衰亡期，同时使细胞内与油脂合成相关的酶活力下降甚至部分失活。因此，温度过高或过低均不利于薇藻的生长以及油脂的积累 |

| At low temperature, alga grows and metabolizes slowly, resulting in low amount of biology and grease. Contrarily, those processes are bloomed and synthesis of grease is activated by enzyme, leading to the accumulation of grease. When the temperature is beyond 18, amount of biology and grease was decreased with the increase of temperature. The reason is that the alga cells entered into the contabescence period in advance and the activities of the enzymes relevant to the synthesis of grease in cells was reduced, even partly de-activated. Therefore, suitable temperature is beneficial to the growth of alga and accumulation of grease. |
