求高手翻译：the generalization of starch是什么意思。 语境：Although more than 2% addition should have better degree of generalization of starch, but undissolved eggshell powder could destroy the continuous phase of cell wall leading to decrease in SV. However, above results revealed that the addition of eggshell powder could cause increase in whole expansion of extrudate due to enhance the generalization of starch. generalization在这里不是一般、概括的意思，也不是凝胶糊化。求助高手是什么意思 [ Last edited by lovibond on 2011-11-26 at 09:42 ] |
