[交流] 国际期刊论文投稿求助-刚投稿就收到编辑来信，谁能帮我看一下信的内容是什么意思

我刚投稿就收到编辑来信（见下面），谁能帮我看一下信的内容是以下哪种意思?
1、编辑认为我论文中的参考文献与我的论文主体关系不大；
2、编辑认为我论文中的参考文献格式不对；
3、编辑要求我增加个人简介；
4、编辑要求我引用该期刊已发表论文。

谁能帮我解释一下？非常非常感谢！

Thank you for your recent submission.
However, before we can send your manuscript out for review, please note that we would like you to make the following changes/corrections:

In analyzing other work previous to your article, before the revision process begins, we have proven that the references are not as actualized as we would like.  In this Journal we are very careful about this aspect of submissions because it makes the work of the reviewers easier.

If you see fit, and without interfering with what is written in your article, I suggest that you work on updating the biographical references. We hope that you are also interested in others which have been published in this Journal.
