Improtant regulations for all "J" scholars:
--You must come to the U.S. within 30days of the program start date on your DS-2019; otherwise the form becomes invalid and the document is automaticall deleted from the SEVIS shich is now in pace at all U.S. Embassies,Consulates and Ports of Entry.
--You may enter the U.S. up to 30 days prior to the beginning date on your DS-2019.
