这个早就申请了，之前研究生院还让补充了好多材料。信里面的意思还要审？
标题：Your application was accepted by  University of ******
Dear applicants for admission for spring semester of 2011,
Thank you for submitting an application at **8*8.
Your application has been received by the **88 Graduate School International Admission Unit. Admission evaluation of respective department started from yesterday.
Period for admission evaluation of respective department : From November 11th to 24th.
Faculties in respective department will review your application documents
and make a decision about whether they will conduct an interview or not.
Interviews totally depend on respective department. Faculties will contact you by e-mail or on the phone, if there is an interview. They will fix a certain time for an interview within November 24th after contacting you. In some cases, they won't contact you during the above period, because they already made an interview on you before or they will complete their evalution only by reviewing your application documents. Please, check your e-mail box and mobile phone frequently. If there is a change of your contact information, let me know it immediately. The result will be notified in the evening on December 8th(Wed). I'll send an e-mail to you again.
Again, we thank you for considering study at University of **. Sincerely yours,

the application was accepted does not mean that you are provided an offer, it is kind of telling you about your status. have you noticed that "They will fix a certain time for an interview within November 24th after contacting you."  you will be interviewed,  just prepare for that interview.

accepted 和received是有区别的，研究生院的人用词有误。不过研究生院为了给申请者省钱。申请材料List里面说明，申请者提供托福复印件。申请通过者，要求补交原件。学校已经让我补交ETS送分了，估计这个也是一个阶段。重新咨询了下，是通过研究生院的审核，申请那个学校的外国人共有1200个，那个老师共给100个人发了邮件。
还要通过院系的审核。
