I think worry is an energy robber. of course, worry is a natual part of our life, but you must short the time between you are worrying and you begin to do something meaningful, right?
for myself, I like to plan what I will do and do them as quickly as possible, so after a whloe day, I find I have finished so much planned things! Then I will be full of sense of accomplishment! YOU can have a try, I think you will not feel hollow anymore!

This time you maybe feel happy, what about the next time?
and there is a saying traditionally that think about being in danger when you are in safety, that is also to say when the happiness comes to the end, unhappiness occurs. The life is full of things sometimes make us easy to handle, sometimes make us feel tough to tackle, it is always like that.
so, take every thing easy and move forward. It is natural rules.
