2011 Second ETP/IITA Conference on Telecommunication and Information (TEIN 2011) April 3-4, Phuket, Thailand, 2011 https://www.etp-conference.org/tein2011/index.htm 2011 Second ETP/IITA Conference on Telecommunication and Information (TEIN 2011) will be held in April 3-4, Phuket, Thailand, 2011.All accepted papers will be included in TEIN 2011 Proceedings with the publishing House by Engineering Technology Press, with ISBN which will be indexed by ISTP (ISI Proceedings) and submitted for EI Compendex.
