SrLn2O4 (Ln = Gd, Dy–Yb) :
These compounds have a crystal structure with a triangle-based array of Ln ions: the honeycomb-like structure formed by zigzag chains consisting of edge-shared Ln3 triangles.It is reported that the rare earth occupies
the two point sites allowed in the structure (Cs symmetry),
with the trivalent europium as local probe.

The AR2O4 crystals are isostructural to CaFe2O4, which belongs
to an orthogonal structurewith space groupPnmaand contains four
formula units for a total of 28 atoms. All of the constituent atoms
occupy 4c sites according to the Wyckoff notation. The orthogonal
structure is constructed by a R2O4-framework of double octahedral
and A-atoms residing within the framework with the bicapped
trigonal prismatic site. The A-atoms coordinated by eight oxygen
atoms, the rare earth atoms R occupy two different kind of symmetry
sites, each coordinated by six oxygen atoms, and the oxygen
atoms are fivefold coordinated. Fig. 1 shows the structure of SrY2O4.

在SrLn2O4 (Ln = Gd, Dy–Yb)型化合物骨架中,3个Ln原子构成的三角形通过顶角共用形成之字形链,之字形链排列构成与蜂巢类相类似的空间结构。据报道,当Ln为Eu时,可占据两个位点,此时Cs为对称中心时。CaFe2O4与AR2O4 具有相同骨架结构,同属正交晶系。AR2O4骨架由四个基本单元、共计28原子组成,属于Pnmaand群。AR2O4的正交结构包含两个八面体、双帽三角棱体的R2O4单元, A原子位于该骨架构内。根据Wyckoff 法则,所有等同原子占据4c位。A原子与8个氧原子相连,稀土元素占据两种不同的对称中心点,分别与6与5个氧原子相连。Fig. 1给出了结构是SrY2O4。

给出相应的 图,翻译就非常容易了
