[交流] 请教一个关于Graphical Abstract的问题（有人解释的话，5个BB全给他）

现在打算弄修改稿的Graphical Abstract，但是看了艾斯维尔网站上关于Graphical Abstract的说明，有这么一段：
Specifications: maximum image size 400x600 pixels (hxw, recommended size 200 x 500 pixels) using arial font with a size of 10-16 points; preferred file types TIFF, EPS, PDF or MS Office files. A graphical abstract should be one image file and should not contain multiple panels; visualize one process or make one point clear; for ease of browsing, images should have a clear start and end, preferably "reading" from top to bottom or left to right; try to reduce distracting and cluttering elements as much as possible.
不知道其中的“A graphical abstract should be one image file and should not contain multiple panels; visualize one process or make one point clear”这两句话是什么意思？
另外，10-16 points应该是说Graphical Abstract图片里文字的大小可以是10-16号吧？
