for the last two weeks i feel a little bad because of the failure experiments~~
although i gain a lot of encouragement and comfort from my friends ~~
i still cant get rid of the sense of defeat~~
especially for the last three days i started to eat very little foods and it seems that there is nothing which can make me feel better~~
but today i feel better, i think i should begin to do some exercises ~~
it will be better for me not only for the healthy but also for the mood~~
go on and i will be better~~
