被拒稿，理由很牵强，也很无奈，各位虫友帮忙看看合不合理。谢谢 已有35人参与

投稿了一篇去合金与化合物，选择的主编是浙江大学的潘教授，结果不到一个礼拜，给了我这个回复，感觉有点不服。 不知道各位怎么看？？谢谢 Dear Dr. xx, Since enormous numbers of manuscripts are received than we can accept to publish in the limited available space, a selection process has to be introduced. In the course of this an article is first evaluated whether it falls into the scope of our Journal, whether it is likely to attract the attention of a wider readership, and whether its scientific quality is very high. In view of the fact that we can only accept not more than 35% of papers submitted we return all other manuscripts to the authors immediately when the initial editorial assessment considered the content of the paper to be more suitable for a specialized journal. I am very sorry to have to disappoint you and thank you for your understanding, but this fast reaction will help you to submit your manuscript as early as possible to another journal.
