Yes, sometimes we really need aggressivenes. A successful person has to be aggressive. This means he or she is very dertermined to succeed. It is not in an angry behaviour.

or how do others know what you can do and if you are fit to their post
i think people must  get to know when and how to show off

if someone makes sure that flaunting can bring more progress, i think it is a good thing. but, there is one thing needed to be emphasized that you must be qualified for showing off your advantages in front of others.

I think moderate flaunting is not bad, but too much is unbearable. Once I had a roommate who was always showing me her excellent ability and expecting my praise. At first I coordinated with her but after a long time I did not want to speak to her.

in my opnion, flaunting is not a bad habit.as we did before, we did not like flaunting. but if you did not flaunt, there was nobody knowing what you had done.
