Yes, I like banana most, just because it is easy to eat. I'm lazy. Also I know it can clear intestines and stomach.

Banana is my favorite fruit.For it's rich in potassium which can lower the blood pressure.And it also contains a kind of protein named lektin which can help us enhance the body's anti-cancer immunity.Besides ,it's rich in fiber which is good  for digestion and it contains a kind of trace element-- boron which is good for our health.

It is said that the Actinidia chinensis Planch is the king of all fruits,as a result of its rich contention of several kinds of vitamins. In fact I like most sorts of fruits,because each of them has its own special smell and nutrition.We need to have different fruit when our body is in different situation.However,there is fruit that I fell in love with when I first saw since I can memmory,that is banana,it tastes so good,of course,another reason is very important,I love its color,yellow!
