今天收到群发邮件，如下：
Dear all



We learnt last night that CSC has raised the stipend for all PhD students to $1700 per month effective from 1 September. As you know we had asked that the stipend be the same as Australian students so we are a little disappointed. However we are pleased that CSC has finally agreed to a rise for you and we hope that this will assist you in your living costs.



If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact Iris . As many of you are aware as well I will be on vacation for 5 weeks and will be overseas. I will then be in China for 3 weeks and will return to work on the 15th November. If you have any problems during that time please contact iris and she in turn will contact Professor Russell if the situation requires it. I look forward to seeing you when I get back when we will get together with the new group of students who are already starting to arrive.

不知道楼主的证据到底指什么，如果是CSC的红头文件，估计没有一个人可以；要是旁证的话，群里已经有好多了，楼主可以参看下，最好是自己问下，如果不怕麻烦CSC老师的话。
