Well, you had better improve your speaking just by practising as much as you can! You should read aloud and clearly by following some famous movies or some classic lectures. Just be confident!

Maybe,you can  listen to special English of VOA first,It's a good choice for us who is not good at listening,the speed of the speech  is slow , and It is very  articulate ,You can find it on this website "http://www.unsv.com/voanews/specialenglish/", Come on ,The saying:Slow and steady wins the race,If you can hold on,you will make progress quickly!
