Maybe there were so many troubles that make her don't want to talk to anybody. At least I have the same experiences, sometime when I'm very anxious or uncertain about an very impotant thing, I just sit down quietly, say nothing even to my wife.

I don't agree with you to some degree,
and i believe good friends would share sth with each other,including happy and sad,which others won't know

Maybe your friend doesn't want to depress you，but she can‘t cover her sadness. Somebody don't want to share everything with their good friends, they want to share happiness with their friends. This  is my personal opinion. Best wishes.
