Mine gas is one of the disaster factors in underground mining process, but it is also one kind of high-quality chemical raw materials. Shorting phenomenon is serious due to the fact that mine gas is mixed with air and it is difficult to utilize, so it is urgent to develop new technology of gas utilization. This project developed the idea that oxygen in the mine gas serves as oxidant, appropriate catalyst was choosed and methanol was synthesized from oxidation by catalyzing the methane in gas directly. Partial catalytic oxidation kinetics studis of mine gas were carried out in high-pressure experimental system under different conditions, the optimum conditions of partial oxidation of gas were determined; The feasibility of solvent recycling and influence of cycle solvent on methane conversion were investigated; It is of extremely vital significance for this project to prevent gas accidents, reduce Greenhouse effect caused by gas emissions, and utilize the clean energy coalbed methane. |
