【求助】highscore 安装好退出问题 已有2人参与

我从电驴上下的highscore之后，安装、导入数据之后，一切都挺好的，就是每次退出程序后，都出现这样的情况，就是出现Exception Log ：Access violation at address 00000000. Read of address 00000000。然后我点击Details 进去之后，显示的是An error has occurred during program execution. Please read the following information for further details. 这是什么原因啊，你安装后出现过这样的情况吗？哦，忘了说了，我的是Vista ultimate版的操作系统。另外我把出现问题的图片截下了了，请各位大侠帮忙看看啊！谢谢啦！   |

我就这个问题咨询了帕纳克人员，他们说是vista系统和highscore的兼容问题，升级成3.0就好了，这是他们的原文： thank you for the error report log (.ELF) file. Now the problem is more clear to me: The reason for this innocent error is your version 2.0 of the software! This version was released in December 2003, way before VISTA or Windows 7! The actual version is version 3.0, which has a much improved profile fitting, lots of errors removed, and it does handle multiple reference databases. This version 3.0 is also tested under VISTA and W7, while your version 2.0 was made for Windows 2000 and Windows XP. The upgrade from your version 2.0 to the latest version 3.0 costs about 1/3 of the full price; sorry, but I do not know Chinese pricing details, please ask your PANalytical representative for a proper quote, or ask your boss for an upgrade of the software. (There is nothing to do on the error upon closing your version 2.0. The error has to do with closing the help handler used in version 2.0. It is annoying, but it does not do any harm to your PC.) |
