考虑到实际的冷变形组织中储存能分布主要与位错在晶粒内部、晶界等区域的分布有关,因此构建的储存能模型具有如下特点 : (1) 晶粒变形越大,储存能越高; (2) 组织内各晶粒间的储存能分布取决于晶粒大小。晶粒愈小,变形越大,则储存能愈高; (3) 晶界阻碍位错的移动,造成晶界附近位错塞积,因而晶界附近聚积的储存能密度比晶内聚积的储存能密度大许多; (4) 晶界和三叉晶界的储存能分布区域是有一定的宽度,其宽度分布形状见后面介绍的储存能权重因子的分布函数。晶界处的储存能最高,离晶界越远,储存能越低。因此储存能由大到小的顺序为:晶界>小晶粒内部>大晶粒内部。 我的翻译为:(高手帮 润色 ,更专业、简洁就更好了!非常感谢) Taking into account the actual stored energy distribution of cold deformation is related with the dislocation in grain interior, grain boundary and other regions, so, constructing a stored energy model has the following characteristics: (1) the greater the deformation is, the higher the stored energy is; (2) The stored energy within grains depends on the grain size. Considering the actual stored energy distribution of cold deformation is mainly relating to the region distribution of dislocation in grain interior and grain boundary, the characteristics of stored energy model are as following: (1) the greater the deformation is, the more the stored energy is; (2) The distribution of stored energy within grains depends on the grain size. The smaller the grain size and the larger the deformation is, the more the stored energy is; (3) Grain boundaries impede dislocation movement and cause the dislocations pile-up near the grain boundaries, the stored energy density accumulated near the grain boundary is larger than that of accumulation within the grains; (4) The distribution of stored energy in grain boundaries and triple junctions should present a distribution width. The shape of distribution width is shown in the distribution function of stored energy power factor(专业词汇未必准确). The stored energy in grain boundaries is the maximum. The farther the regions away from grain boundaries, the lower the stored energy is. The order of the stored energy is: grain boundary> small grains> large grains. 仅供参考。 |
