It's generally believed that attitudes take control of everthing,I'd like to say in most cases it's right,so when states can't live up to our expections,just keep a good attitude,for we have to face them anyhow,having a good attitude  can let us be less anxious and worried,while be happier

Just think about that if you are happy the day will pass and if you are unhappy the day won’t wait for you, so why we wear the sadness on our face every day?  Also, if we are anxious to do nothing, the tomorrow will be coming, whereas if we are calm down to something, the tomorrow also come, so why we do not give up the anxious but with a calm mood.
