求助，编辑的回信，没彻底看懂！ 已有7人参与

格式审查后，with editor了三个礼拜了，今天发信，问了一下，以下是编辑的回信，好像是文章送审了，是吧？但是投稿系统里还是 with editor，难道还没有送审?
