刚刚被PRB直接退稿，很郁闷！！ 已有18人参与

我做的是纯理论计算，刚刚这篇文章作了有关碳纳米管形态的工作，首次在理论上预言了碳纳米管存在超螺旋结构。文章前天投去PRB，结果如下： Dear Dr. AAA We thank you for your recent submission to Physical Review B. We have examined your manuscript and regretfully conclude that it is unsuitable for our journal. Physical Review B emphasizes condensed matter and materials physics. To be publishable here, a manuscript should present significant new physics or understanding, be of high quality and scientific interest, be recognized as an important contribution to the literature, and be of particular interest to our readers. We make no judgment on the correctness of the work, only on its suitability according to the subject matter of this paper. Your manuscript seems much more appropriate for submission to a journal with stronger emphasis on applied mathematics or mathematical physics. We feel that it is in the interest of our authors and referees to seek anonymous peer review only when we perceive a reasonable chance for the paper to make it through the rigorous process. We hope that this early decision helps you to publish your research elsewhere with minimum delay. Yours sincerely, 非常郁闷，理论物理本就有很多数学，相似的论文又有很多在PRB发表，而我的却说不适合！！！！！！！简直就是歧视人！上次投PRE一篇，遇到一个难缠的审稿人，很不友好，结果跟编辑申诉了一下，还是被退了稿！这次还是不甘心，理论计算结果很漂亮，而且还是预言，相信不久就会有实验报道。感觉PR系列对国人有偏见！ 虫友们给点意见，觉得我该咋办？我是不甘心的。 |
