本人投IEEE EDL,一月过后被拒，建议改投ITED. 三个审稿人意见为： 审稿人1： This article is quite interesting and relevant to nitride research. I am suggesting this article requires major revisions though if this can adequately be explained then it would really be minor revisions. 审稿人2： Despite the originality of considering conduction mechanisms at zero-bias, I am not sure that this paper will be very helpful to EDL reader. 审稿人3： There is nothing really new in this manuscript. 第三个审稿人给出的理由根本就是没看懂我文章的重点，好伤心啊，就是因为他，我悲剧了！ 说实话，很不甘心啊，申诉的话有用吗？ 如果在重新投，可以吗？ [ Last edited by cowboy1981 on 2010-7-24 at 00:03 ] |
