This manuscript, as-written, is not yet ready for IJMP. The subject matter is suitable, though it is much better suited to a journal such as Hydrometallurgy. The manuscript is full of grammatical errors to the point of being very distracting to the reader. I made corrections in the initial part just to highlight the type of changes that authors must make. It would be best if the authors seek professional service for fixing the English. Also this manuscript does not appear to be a full length research paper. It is at best a Technical Note. Lee et al (2005) used dithionite. And the current authors used thiosulfate. So this is nothing revolutionary. The authors have not articulated the novelty of their work. Is thiosulfate better than dithionite? What are the advantages of thiosulfate? My recommendation is that the authors should thoroughly revise the manuscript and submit it as a technical note. |
