I am writing to you about the possibility of studying and researching in your college as a visiting scholar. The CHINA SCHOLARSHIP COUNCIL (CSC) has approved my request to study abroad. The CSC will provide me with enough stipends along with a round-trip ticket as financial support for 12 months. I am a professor of the information department, Hebei University of Science and Technology, Hebei Province, China. I graduated from Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China(ISTIC) in 2004 with Information Science Master degree. I have been working in our university 5 years. I have done more than 20 projects of Information Science or Information Resources Manangerment. I can speak English but cannot speak French. My current research and work focuses on (1)Information Resource Manangerment. (2) Information Retrieval. Your comments and consideration will be highly appreciated.
